How long will it take to ship my order?

Each order is made when payment is received. Generally screen printing and embroidery orders will ship in 2 weeks but depending on the apparel type and quantity it could be a little longer or shorter.  Heat transfers could ship the same day, but if we are out of stock on a certain design it could take about a week.   An email will be sent when your order is shipped.

What forms of online payments do you accept?

We accept online payments through PayPal, which you can use Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Echeck, or your PayPal account.

What is PayPal, and is it secure?

PayPal is very secure, your financial information isn’t shared with anyone, not even us.  If you would like to find out more you can click here.

Do I need an account with PayPal to purchase from you?

No, you can pay by credit card without having a PayPal account.

I still don’t feel secure paying online is there any other payment options?

Yes, you can still purchase items online and when it asks you about payment options you can click pay by check.  Then there is some options, you can send a check or money order, or you can pay by Visa or Mastercard.  If paying by check, your order will not be started until your check clears, aprox 7 business days after we receive it, money order and credit card payments will be started as soon as we receive the payment.

I live close to you can I pick up my order?

Yes, there is a pickup option in the shipping options.  If you choose to pick up the order there is no shipping charge.

What file formats do you accept for graphics?

We accept these type of files. .JPG   .GIF   .BMP   .TIFF   .EPS  .CDR, for these types of files please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred).  The better the artwork you send the better the shirts will look.  If your file type is not listed please send it anyways and we will do our best to work with that file. If we can't process your request we will contact you and find a solution.

What is your privacy policy, who do you share my information with?
